Delete Your Account & Data

Signing in to Quikit AI is optional. If you created an account (Google sign-in) and want it deleted, this page explains exactly what we hold and how to remove it.

What data is associated with an account

Account record: your name, email address, and profile photo as provided by Google Sign-In.
That's all. Your images, PDFs, and documents are never uploaded or stored by Quikit AI, so there are no user files to delete. Anonymous analytics and crash data are not linked to your account identity.

How to delete your account

Send an email to info@redlapdigital.com from the same email address you used to sign in.
Use the subject line: Delete my Quikit AI account.
We will delete your account record and confirm by reply within 30 days (usually much sooner).

Request deletion by email

What happens after deletion

Your account record (name, email, photo) is permanently removed from our systems.
Any backed-up preferences tied to the account are deleted.
The app keeps working fully without an account — nothing else changes.
Active subscriptions are managed by Google Play, not by your Quikit account: cancel anytime in Play Store → Subscriptions. Deleting the account does not bill or refund anything.

Data we cannot delete on request

Anonymous, aggregated analytics (e.g. "the compressor was used N times") contain no personal identity and cannot be traced back to you; they are retained per Google Firebase's policies.
